摘  要:鉴于往复式空压机运动机构动平衡直接影响机体振动,以空压机曲柄连杆机构为研究对象,分析了其运动过程中所受惯性力的情况,得出平衡块的配重。通过对空压机曲柄连杆机构的CATIA三维模型进行预处理,导入ADAMS添加相关约束后,进行动力学仿真,得到平衡前后曲轴的受力情况,并将仿真与理论分析进行了对比。以曲轴水平X方向受力幅值最小为设计目标,得出平衡块最优质量为5.826kg。Since the motive mechanism dynamic balance of the reciprocating air compressor affects the body vibration directly,the crank and connecting rod mechanism of the air compressor is studied and the inertia force in the process of movement is analyzed,and the balance weight is obtained.After preprocessing the CATIA 3D model of the crank and connecting rod mechanism,and introducing it into ADAMS with the addition of relevant constraints,the dynamic simulation is carried out to obtain the stress condition of the crankshaft before and after the balance.The simulation and the theoretical ana\|lysis are compared.The comparison conclusion shows that taking the minimum force amplitude of the crankshaft horizontal X direction as the design target,the optimal weight of the balance block is 5.826 kg.
