摘 要:为实现十二相整流发电机整流装置故障准确定位,首先对正常和故障情况下的整流二极管两端电压进行解析分析,得到两种情况下整流二极管两端波形的解析表达式;其次,建立了十二相不可控整流装置的仿真模型,仿真验证解析表达式的正确性,并指出了整流二极管在故障前后的电压波形变化规律;再次,基于向量夹角余弦提出了十二相不可控整流装置故障诊断算法,并通过动态滑动窗口算法解决了电压波形的相位对齐问题;最后,以十二相同步整流发电机整流装置中整流二极管两端的实际电压波形试验验证了该方法的有效性。In order to localize the fault diode in the rectifier of 12-phase generator,firstly the voltage waveform analytic expressions of individual diode running under normal and fault conditions are derived in detail,and the analytic results are consistent with the simulation model and reveals the cha-racteristics of the voltage waveform of the rectifier diodes.Then,the waveform phase is aligned by the dynamic sliding window algorithm and the voltage waveform similarity of individual diode under normal and fault condition is calculated by utilizing angle cosine algorithm.Finally,according to the similarity values,the fault diode is located on line.The 12-phase synchronous generator experimental results are in agreement with theoretical analysis and demonstrate the effectiveness of the method.
