摘  要:为探究新型夹层复合材料耐压圆柱壳在深水环境中的极限承载能力及失效模式,以湿法缠绕工艺成型的圆柱壳模型为研究对象,通过开展深水静压试验研究及数值仿真,分析了结构的极限承载能力及失效模式。结果表明:夹层复合材料圆柱壳的失效模式为整体失稳,内外蒙皮均出现明显纤维断裂,伴随结构渗水,内蒙皮与芯层界面处出现分层并扩展,导致结构完全丧失承载能力。同时,在兼顾结构强度与稳定性双重指标前提下,预测了结构的渐进破坏模式及极限荷载,预测值与试验结果相比误差为5.97%。该研究为夹层复合材料耐压壳的应用设计提供了技术储备。To explore the ultimate bearing capacity and failure modes of a new type of sandwich composite submarine pressure hull based on the"arrying/functional integration"design in deep water environment,a filament-wounded sandwich composite cylinder model is chosen as the research object.A hydrostatic external pressure test is carried out.The ultimate bearing capacity and failure mode of the structure are analyzed comprehensively.The results show that the sandwich composite cylindrical shell fails for the global buckling,and the fiber breakage and delamination are found in the internal and external skins.Meanwhile,with the water seepage,the interface between the core and inner skin begins to debond and propagate,resulting in the complete loss of structure bearing capacity.This research provides a technical support for the application and design of sandwich composite material pressure hull.
