摘 要:为了探究采煤机滚筒上不同位置处截齿的受力情况,寻找截齿损坏的原因,基于煤岩截割理论,通过受力分析,给出了滚筒式采煤机截割纯煤和硬质包裹体时截齿的受力计算方法,并利用所开发的采煤机滚筒截割载荷模拟系统,求得了国产某种型号滚筒式采煤机端盘上和叶片上单个截齿、不同位置处截齿截割纯煤、叶片上单个截齿截割硬质包裹体时的受力情况,揭示了该采煤机滚筒上截齿的受力特征与变化规律,搞清了端盘外缘截齿损坏的根本原因。研究结果可为了解采煤机截割过程滚筒上各截齿的受力特征、改进滚筒的设计、提高截齿的使用寿命和滚筒乃至整个采煤机工作的可靠性提供理论依据。In order to analyze picking forces on different positions of a drum and to determine the pick damaged reason,the methods to calculate force for the drum shearer cutting pure coal and hard inclusions were given by analyzing the force based on the theory of coal cutting.By using shearer drum load simulation system for a certain type of shearer made in China,the forces characteristics when cutting pure coal with a single pick on helical blade and on end plate,with different position picks on the helical blade and cutting hard parcel with a pick cutting on helical blade were simulated.The results reveal mechanics characteristic and change rule of picks on drum,the root cause of damaged pick on the outer end plate.The results supply the theoretical evidence for understanding the force characteristics of pick on a drum during the shearer cutting,for improving design of drums,prolonging the service life of the pick and for improving the reliability of the whole drum shearer.
