摘  要:针对智能变电站二次设备缺乏全面有效的状态检测以及简单可靠的评判方法,列举了影响智能变电站二次设备状态准确评判的一些因素,并对常用评估法各自的重要特点进行比较,得出对于智能变电站二次设备,模糊综合评价法更加能够准确的进行状态评判。文中给出了使用模糊综合评价法进行智能变电站二次设备状态评价的具体的计算步骤,并通过例子对该方法的有效性和可靠性进行了验证。In view of the lack of comprehensive and effective performance testing and simple and reliable evaluation methods for the two equipments in the smart substation,this paper lists some factors that affect the accurate evaluation of the two equipment performance in the Smart Substation,and compares the important characteristics of commonly used assessment methods,it is concluded that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is more accurate for the secondary equipment of intelligent substation.The calculation steps are given,and the effectiveness and reliability of the method are verified by an example.
