摘　　要：目的观察胫骨平台后外侧塌陷合并后内侧劈裂骨折的手术技术和治疗效果。方法选择胫骨平台后外侧塌陷合并后内侧劈裂骨折患者50例,均给予骨折固定术治疗。结果 50例患者随访均痊愈,优良率高达96.00%。结论在治疗胫骨平台后外侧塌陷合并后内侧劈裂骨折时,采用显露部分腓头截骨、复位和内固定后外侧坍塌骨折块的方法,可以增强临床治疗效果。Objective To observe the surgical technique and therapeutic effect of posterolateral collapse of tibial plateau combined with posteromedial split fracture.Methods 50 patients with posterolateral collapse of tibial plateau combined with posteromedial split fracture were treated with fracture fixation.Results 50 patients were followed up were cured,the excellent rate of up to 96%.Conclusion in the treatment of posterolateral collapse of tibial plateau combined with medial split fracture,the method of exposing partial fibular head osteotomy,reduction and internal fixation of lateral collapse fracture block can enhance the clinical effect.
