摘　　要：目的探讨医护一体化护理对急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者置管溶栓围术期依从性的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年12月采用常规护理的50例DVT患者作为对照组,医护一体化护理的50例DVT患者作为试验组。观察两组患者围术期护理依从性、药物依从性及患者满意度。结果医护一体化护理组患者围术期理依从性、药物依从性及患者满意度均优于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开展医护一体化的新型护理模式,能提高DVT患者围术期护理依从性与药物治疗依从性及患者满意度,有利于患者康复,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the influence of integrated nursing care on perioperative compliance of patients with acute deep vein thrombosis(DVT)undergoing catheter thrombolysis.Methods 50 patients with DVT underwent routine nursing care in January 2015~2016 December as the control group,and 50 patients with DVT as the experimental group were treated with integrated nursing care.The perioperative nursing compliance,drug compliance and patient satisfaction were observed between the two groups.Results The perioperative compliance,drug compliance and patient satisfaction of the integrated nursing care group were better than those of the control group,and the satisfaction rate of the patients was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P&It;005).Conclusion To carry out the new nursing mode of medical integration,can improve the perioperative nursing care of compliance and drug treatment compliance and patient satisfaction of DVT patients,is conducive to the rehabilitation of patients,which has clinical application value.
