摘　　要：城市测绘作为支撑和保障城市规划建设管理的测绘地理信息活动,其标准化对于引导技术和业务发展、提升服务和保障能力具有重要意义。国家标准《城市测绘基本技术要求》(GB/T 35637-2017)的发布实施,为城市测绘标准化增添了新成果。在简要分析城市测绘及其标准化发展的基础上,着重介绍了该标准的编制过程、指导原则、总体结构、主要内容及基本特点,并对进一步做好城市测绘标准化工作提出建议。As a surveying and geographic information activity,the goal of urban surveying and mapping is to support geospatial services for urban planning,construction and management.And then the standardization is of great significance to guide technology and business development and to enhance service and guarantee ability for urban surveying and mapping.The newly released national standard-Basic Technical Requirements for Urban Surveying and Mapping(GB/T 35637-2017)is a new result of the standardization in urban surveying and mapping.On the basis of reviewing the development of urban surveying and mapping and its standardization,this paper emphatically introduces the compiling process,guiding principles,overall structure,main contents and basic characteristics of this national standard,and puts forward some suggestions to improve the standardization work in urban surveying and mapping.
