摘　　要：为了解决城市租房管理水平和手段不足导致的租房优惠政策难推广、租房人员难管理及租房服务效率低等问题,基于.NET开发平台,灵活运用Ajax技术,采用主流的B/S三层架构,结合Web GIS技术,实现租房单元片区化管理,针对不同用户建立多个展现平台,开发出比传统信息系统更直观、高效的租房管理系统,为解决城市用户租房带来的问题提供了有力的支撑。In order to sofve the problems of the difficulty of promoting the rent concessions poficy,the management of rental stall and the low efficiency of rental institutions that cased by the insufficient of urban rental management level and methods.Using Ajax technofogy,B/S three-tier architecture and GIS technofogy to achieve the housing unit management and to create multiple presentation platlorms lor different users based on.NET.It developed a more intuitive and ellicient rental management system than traditional inlormation system.It provide a strong support lor the problems of urban rental and it also provide a certain relerence value lor the construction of other industry systems.
