摘　　要：对城市物业管理中出现的问题进行了分析研究,提出了一种基于位置服务的物业精细化管理解决方案。该方案基于GPS定位、Http/Socket通讯等技术,实现了社区物业精细化、标准化管理,同时对工作人员实时监督,提升了物业服务企业的监管力度,保障了物业管理工作的顺利进行。This paper analyzed the problems of current property management in City,and proposed a solution for the precise property management based on LBS(Location Based Service)technology.It realized the precise and standardized property management and real-time supervising by combining the GPS and http/socket communication technology.This solution enhanced the supervision on property companies and guaranteed the property management running smoothly.
