摘　　要：以政府治理理论为视角,深入分析英国在改革政府对医院投入行为中如何将政府治理与社会治理紧密融合,进而提升医院服务效率。目前,我国社会治理缺位,政府仍以命令与控制方式包揽着卫生筹资与服务提供,学习和借鉴英国经验,有利于完善政府对医院的投入机制。From the perspective of government governance theory,this paper deeply analyzed how to integrate government governance with social governance in the reform of investment behavior of government to hospitals in United Kingdom,thereby improving the efficiency of hospital services.At present,there is a lack of social governance in our country,and the government still takes charge of health financing and service provision by means of command and control.Learning from experience in United Kingdom is conducive to perfecting the government's investment mechanism in hospitals.
