摘 要:利用可控微波加热技术,在无溶剂条件下,以Lewis酸为催化剂,羧酸与乙二醇、酸酐与一元醇发生双酯化反应,"一锅"法合成了不同类型的二酯类化合物.通过原料比、微波辐射时间、温度、催化剂种类及催化剂用量优化出最佳反应条件.在微波筛选条件的基础上,采用常规放大实验,合成克级二酯产物.产物的结构通过熔点测定、红外光谱分析确定.The diesterification of carboxylic acid with ethylene glycol,acid anhydride and alcohol was carried out in solvent-free conditions with Lewis acid as a catalyst by controlled microwave technology.Different types of diesters were synthesized by one pot method.The reaction conditions were optimized by the ratio of raw materials,the time of microwave radiation,the temperature,the type of catalyst and the amount of catalyst.On the basis of microwave screening conditions,the conventional amplification experiment was used to synthesize the product of the diester with a good yield in grams scale.The structure of the product was characterized by the melting point and infrared spectrum.
