摘　　要：2006年5月中旬在内蒙古赤峰市典型草原区研究了达乌尔黄鼠(Spermophilus dauricus)的早春繁殖起始时间与体重(年龄)的关系。采用夹线法对样地内的鼠类进行夹捕获取实验样本,测量记录样本的体长、体重、性别和繁殖状态(雄鼠睾丸是否下降),再进行常规解剖,称量胴体重,同时检视雌鼠其胚胎大小,以胚胎发育等级推算其繁殖起始时间。本研究共获取48只雌性达乌尔黄鼠繁殖起始时间的相关资料,采用线性和非线性回归分析体重、胴体重、体长与繁殖起始时间的关系。结果表明:雌性达乌尔黄鼠的繁殖起始时间与其体重之间有显著的线性负相关关系(P<0.05),与胴体重有显著的非线性的关系(P<0.1),与体长无显著的相关关系(P>0.1)。又因黄鼠体重和胴体重均与年龄呈正相关,因此本文研究结果支持黄鼠年龄越大繁殖越早的观点。To study the relationship between initial day of pregnancy and body weight(age)of Spermophilus dauricus,we captured S.dauricus in kill-traps in typical steppe habitat near Chifeng city,Inner Mongolia,China during mid-May 2006.Forty-eight female S.dauricus were captured,dissected,measured for body length,weight and eviscerated carcass weight,and identified to sex and reproductive status.We calculated the initial day of pregnancy by the development level of embryos.Regression analysis showed a negative linear relationship between body weight and initial day of pregnancy(P<0.05),the greater the body weight,the earlier the initial day of pregnancy.There was a significant non-liner relationship between carcass weight and initial day of pregnancy(P<0.1).Body length was unrelated to initial day of pregnancy(P>0.1).Because there was a positive relationship between body weight and age,and between carcass weight and age,this result supports that older ground squirrel reproduces earlier.
