摘  要:为探讨阿拉善黄鼠(Spermophilus alaschanicus)的消化道特征对贺兰山荒漠环境的适应,对野生环境中阿拉善黄鼠消化道各项指标进行了测定。实验分别测定了不同季节胃、小肠、大肠、盲肠的长度、鲜重及净鲜重。结果表明阿拉善黄鼠消化道的总鲜重和总长度有显著季节差异,秋季较高,夏季次之,春季最低;胃和盲肠鲜重以及盲肠净鲜重有显著季节差异,以秋季最重,春夏较轻;小肠和盲肠的长度有显著季节差异,两者秋季最长,小肠夏季居中,春季最短,而盲肠春季居中,夏季最短。研究结果显示阿拉善黄鼠通过调节总消化道长度、小肠长度、盲肠长度及重量来适应荒漠环境的季节变化。To study the adaptability of Spermophilus alaschanicus to the desert environment in the Helan Mountains,we measured digestive tracts under wild conditions.Measurements included the length,fresh weight and net fresh weight of the digestive tract(stomach,small intestine,large intestine,caecum)in different seasons.There were significant seasonal differences in the total fresh weight and total length of digestive tracts,both of which were highest in autumn,intermediate in summer,and lowest in spring.The variations in fresh weights of stomach and caecum and the net fresh weight of caecum were significantly heavier in autumn and lighter in spring and summer.The lengths of the small intestine and cecum had significant seasonal differences.Both of them were the longest in autumn,the length of small intestine was medium in summer,and was the shortest in spring,while the length of cecum was medium in spring and the shortest in summer.The results indicated that S.alaschanicus adapts to the seasonal variation of desert environment by adjusting the total digestive tract length,small intestine length,cecum length and weight.
