摘 要:为比较埋植褪黑激素提早取皮的水貂(Mustela vison)与冬季被毛自然结束生长的水貂在被毛的形态学性状上的异同,选取同一养殖场同一品种雌性水貂埋植褪黑激素和冬季被毛自然结束生长的皮张各10张,采集颈部、背中部、臀部、腹中部的毛皮样本,测定其被毛的密度、直针毛和绒毛的长度、细度、髓质细度等形态学指标,并计算髓质指数、绒毛卷曲度。经SPSS 20.0软件分析,结果表明:埋植褪黑激素提早取皮的水貂与冬季被毛自然结束生长的水貂4个部位的被毛密度和直针毛的长度、细度、髓质细度和髓质指数均无显著差异(P>0.05);冬季被毛自然结束生长的水貂腹中部绒毛的长度和髓质指数显著高于埋植褪黑激素提早取皮的水貂(P<0.05);冬季被毛自然结束生长的水貂腹中部绒毛的伸直长度和背中部、臀部绒毛的髓质指数极显著高于埋植褪黑激素提早取皮的水貂(P<0.01);冬季被毛自然结束生长的水貂颈部、背中部、臀部、腹中部绒毛细度极显著小于埋植褪黑激素提早取皮的水貂(P<0.01)。埋植褪黑激素提早取皮的水貂与冬季被毛自然结束生长的水貂的皮张质量无显著差异。To compare morphological characteristics between the melatonin-inducted mink(Mustela vison)pelage and natural grown mink pelage,we collected 10 pelts from melatonin-implanted female mink(pelted in August)and 10 pelts from natural grown female mink(pelted in December).All mink were of the same breed(or color-type)and raised in the same mink farm.From each pelt,guard hair and underfur were sampled from four sites(neck,mid-back,buttock,and mid-belly).Hair density of the four sites,length and diameter of hair,diameter of medulla was measured.Medullary index and underfur crimp ratio was calculated.There were no significant differences in hair density,hair length and diameter,medullary diameter and indexes of guard hair from the four sites of two different types of mink pelage(P>0.05).Medullary index and length of underfur hair from mid-belly of natural grown mink pelage were significantly larger than those of melatonin-induced mink pelage(P<0.05).The straight length of underfur hair from mid-belly,medullary index of underfur from mid-back and buttock were significantly greater in natural grown pelages than in melatonin-inducted pelages(P<0.01).The diameter of underfur hair from neck,mid-back,buttock,and mid-belly were significantly thinner in natural grown pelages than in melatonin-inducted pelages(P<0.01).Pelage quality was similar for the two types of mink pelages.
