摘　　要：为了解延边东北黑熊(Ursus thibetanus ussuricus)中细小病毒的感染情况,本试验利用ELISA方法对2017年5月采自吉林省延吉市某两大黑熊养殖场的49份血液样品,进行血液流行病学调查,结果显示被检熊的CPV抗体阳性率为55.1%(27/49),调查结果初步表明CPV在东北黑熊中较为流行。本研究为以后更好地预防和控制熊细小病毒病提供依据。To understand the infection status of canine parvovirus(CPV)in farmed Asian black bear(Ursus thibetanus ussuricus),we conducted a seroepidemiological investigation using ELISA software to test 49 blood samples collected from two bear farms in Yanji City,Jilin Province.We recorded a CPV antibody positive rate of 55.1%(27/49),showing that CPV is common in black bears of this region.Our goal was that this study might provide a basis for enhanced prevention and control of parvovirus disease in future.
