摘 要:貂熊亚科(Guloninae)包括貂属(Martes)、貂熊属(Gulo)、渔貂属(Pekania)和狐鼬属(Eira)。貂熊亚科作为渐新世(Oligocene)以后物种快速进化辐射和发生近期物种形成事件的典型代表,其内部的系统发育关系受到很多学者的关注。线粒体基因具有独特的起源进化方式,在脊椎动物系统发育研究中得到广泛应用。本文综述了貂熊亚科内已发表的8个物种的线粒体全基因组研究概况、结构特点及基于线粒体全基因组的貂熊亚科物种间的系统发育分析。最终得到高支持度、高可信度的系统发育结果:渔貂属位于貂熊属与貂属进化支的外侧、真貂亚属与黄喉貂亚属形成单系。真貂亚属内石貂(M.foina)首先分化出来,紫貂(M.zibellina)与松貂(M.martes)首先聚为一支,再与日本貂(M.melampus)聚合,最后与美洲貂(M.americana)形成并系群。这不仅证实了之前基于部分mtDNA、nDNA或者nDNA-mtDNA序列对各属、亚属间的研究结果,同时也解决了真貂亚属各物种间亲缘关系存在的争议。The subfamily Guloninae includes four extant genera:Martes,Gulo,Pekania,and Eira.As a typical representative of rapid evolutionary radiation and recent species formation following from events after the Oligocene,research has focused on the phylogenetic relationships among members of the subfamily.Mitogenome is of unique evolutionary origin and has been widely used in phylogenetic studies of vertebrates.In this study we reviewed and summarized the research overview and structural features of published mitogenomes of eight species of subfamily Guloninae.We also conducted phylogenetic analysis of interspecies of subfamily Guloninae based on the mitogenomes.We obtained phylogenetic results with high support and high confidence showing that Martes and Gulo are recovered as monophyletic with the exclusion of fisher(genus Pekania).The two subgenera Martes and Charronia are monophyletic.M.martes,M.zibellina,M.melampus,and M.americana are closely related to the exclusion of M.foina,M.zibellina.M.martes first formed a branch and then converge with M.melampus,finally forming a paraphyletic group with M.americana.This not only confirms the previous research on the genera and subgenera based on partial mtDNA,nDNA or nDNA-mtDNA sequences,but also solves the controversy about kingship of species in subgenus Martes.
