摘  要:内泄漏广泛存在于液压系统中,直接影响着系统的使用性能。以三位四通换向滑阀为研究对象,利用AMESim软件中的HCD元件库搭建内泄漏故障仿真平台。综合考虑了液压系统压力、间隙高度、遮盖量、黏度、偏心率、阀芯直径对内泄漏量和系统性能的影响。结合仿真数据,运用正交分析列出各因素对内泄漏量影响的主次顺序,得到中位状态下滑阀的间隙高度和遮盖量是内泄漏量的主要影响因素,其中间隙高度对内泄漏量影响最显著,偏心率影响程度最小,为滑阀的设计和加工提供参考依据。The internal leakage exists widely in hydraulic system,and it directly affects the performance of the system.A three-position four-way reversing spool valve is taken as the research object,and an internal leakage fault simulation platform is built by the HCD component in AMESim.The effects of pressure,clearance height,cover volume,viscosity,eccentricity and diameter of valve core on internal leakage and system performance are considered.Combining with the simulation data,we use the orthogonal analysis to list the order of the primary and secondary factors that influence the internal leakage.The clearance height and the cover volume of slide valve are the main influencing factors of internal leakage in the neutral state.The clearance height has the most significant influence on the internal leakage,and the influence degree of eccentricity is the least,which provides a reference basis for design and processing of slide valve.
