摘  要:我国国民经济和汽车工业的发展势头越来越好,载重汽车的保有量将会持续攀升,可是驾驶室翻转液压缸易损坏的问题却突出暴露出来,因此设计一种液压缸试验台就显得格外重要。试验台液压缸的模型被简化并且得到了出力-位移曲线,依此作为设计的参考依据。该试验台软件部分可以根据已知条件算出相关参数,机械和电气部分可以试验验证液压缸工况。试验验证了该试验台效果良好,试验台的成功设计对于提高液压缸使用寿命,降低企业成本有着积极的参考意义。The development of our national economy and automobile industry is getting better and better.The number of vehicles will continue to increase.However,the prominent problem of easy damage for wheelhouse turning hydraulic cylinder is exposed,so a test bed is designed.A model of hydraulic cylinder is simplified and an output-displacement curve is obtained.This is a reference for design.The software part of the test bed can calculate relevant parameters according to known conditions.Mechanical and electrical parts can be tested to verify hydraulic cylinder s working conditions.The experiment proves that the test bed is effective.The successful design of the experimental platform has a positive reference for improving service life of hydraulic cylinder and reducing the cost of enterprise.
