PDCA管理工具在骨科抗菌药物预防使用中的管理成效

摘　　要：目的评价PDCA管理工具在抗菌药物预防使用专项整治活动中的管理成效。方法采用PDCA循环法,对科室Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用进行专项整治,以2016年9月~12月科室Ⅰ类切口手术患者221人为管理前组,以2017年1月~4月科室Ⅰ类切口手术患者189人为管理后组,对比两组患者抗菌药物使用管理效果。结果经过PDCA循环管理干预,科室Ⅰ类切口手术患者抗菌药物预防使用率明显下降,预防用药时间趋于合理,抗菌药物使用合格率显著提升。结论 PDCA循环管理在整治Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物合理使用中效果明显,各观察指标改善明显,可纳入常规化管理。Objective To evaluate the management effectiveness of PDCA management tools in the prevention and use of antimicrobial agents.Methods Using PDCA cycle method,the antibacterial drug prevention department class 1 incision surgery for rectification,in September 2016 to December 1 department class incision surgery patients before 221 people management groups,to department from January 2017 to April 189 class 1 incision surgery patients after artificial management group,compared two groups of patients with antimicrobial drug use management effect.Results After the application of PDCA,the antimicrobial use of patients with type-I incision obvisously descreased,the postoperative antimicrobial use was more rational,the antimicrobial rational usage was obviously improved.Conclusion The application of PDCA obvisously is effective in rational use of antibacterial agents in type-I incision,and the observation indexes can be improved obviously and can be included in hosptial antibacterials management.
