摘  要:目的通过光纤药物溶出度检测仪考察呋喃唑酮片的实时溶出情况。方法用光纤药物溶出度原位过程检测仪,以对照品法实时监测呋喃唑酮片的溶出过程,以达到溶出平衡点为结束标志。结果选取A1为参比制剂,其他样品为受试制剂,以3、6、9、12、15、18min的溶出数据,采用f2因子评价法进行分析比较溶出结果,厂家A的4批次检品溶出过程相似,厂家B的一批次检品和厂家A相似,厂家C、D和厂家A的溶出相似,其他2批次为不相似。结论光纤药物溶出仪器能够有效的测定固体药物的体外溶出度,样品溶出过程的批内、批间差异较大。Objective To investigate the real time dissolution of Furazolidone Tablets by fiber optic dissolution tester.Methods The dissolution rate of Furazolidone Tablets was detected by the method of fiber optic dissolution in situ,and the dissolution equilibrium point was achieved.Results A1 was selected as the reference preparation.The other samples were the sample preparation.The results were compared with those of 3,6,9,12,15 and 18min,and the results were compared with the f2 factor evaluation method,A manufacturers of 4 batches of sample dissolution process similarity,a batch of manufacturers B samples is similar to manufacturers A.Manufacturers D and Care similar to the dissolution of A,the other 2 batches are not similar.Conclusion Fiber optic drug dissolution instrument can effectively determine the dissolution rate of solid drug in vitro.The variance inter-batch and the variance intra-batch was comparatively large.
