中心摆药室拆零摆药中存在的问题及解决方法研究

摘　　要：目的分析与探讨中心摆药室拆零摆药工作中存在的问题及解决方法。方法对医院中心摆药室拆零摆药工作中存在的问题进行分析并研究相关解决策略,对比策略实施前后中心摆药室拆零摆药的差错率。结果策略实施后中心摆药室拆零摆药差错率为1.68%,明显低于策略实施前的3.75%,组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论找寻出医院摆药室拆零药品工作中存在的问题并制定相应策略是解决中心摆药室拆零药品出现质量问题的有效方式。Objective To analyze and discuss the dispensing center and zero dispensing work problems and solving methods.Methods The hospital dispensing center and zero dispensing work problems are analyzed and the strategy of solving strategies,compared before and after the implementation of zero error and dispensing center dispensing rate.Results Strategy:after the implementation of dispensing Center zero dispensing error rate was 1.68%,significantly lower than 3.75%before the implementation of the strategy,the comparison between the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Find out the hospital dispensing demolition zero drug work problems and make corresponding strategies to solve zero drug dispensing center An effective way to solve the quality problem.
