摘 要:针对时间侵占行为在复杂网络上的传播问题,基于基本SIR传染病模型,提出了一种考虑了自发感染率和外部组织环境因素的时间侵占行为传播模型,探讨了时间侵占行为在ER随机网络、NW小世界网络、WS小世界网络以及BA无标度网络上的传播,在此基础上,集中分析了无标度网络上时间侵占行为传播的影响因素。研究发现:a)时间侵占行为的传播受压力和公平系数的影响,一定范围内,压力越小,员工发生时间侵占行为的概率越大,传播过程也越快,反之,压力越大,发生时间侵占行为的概率越小,传播过程也相对较为缓慢;b)时间侵占行为的传播与传播概率和自发感染概率密切相关,初始节点的度越大,传播越快,反之,传播越慢。To explore the propagation of time banditry behaviour on complex networks,this paper supposed a spontaneous infection model of time banditry behaviour on ER random network,NW small-world network,WS small-world networks and BA scale-free networks firstly.Secondly,it discussed the factors of affecting the spreading of time banditry behaviour on the scale-free network.Thirdly,it found that the pressure and fair coefficient could influence the spreading of time banditry behaviour,in a certain range,the smaller pressure coefficient,the probability of occurrence of time banditry behaviour was bigger,the bigger pressure coefficient,the probability of time banditry behaviour was smaller,and spreading was slow relatively;the spreading of time banditry behaviour had closer connection with the probability of infection and spontaneous infection;different sizes of initial node degree of complex networks had different influence on the spreading of time banditry behaviour,the greater degree of the initial nodes,the spread was faster,whereas the more slowly.
