摘 要:针对现有漏磁内检测设备结构复杂、维护困难等问题,研究了基于瞬变电磁法的输油管道损伤检测刻度试验技术。以外径270 mm输油管道为例,对宽度8 cm、壁厚减薄1 mm的不同尺寸环向损伤开展刻度性检测试验。试验结果表明瞬变电磁技术可以实现输油管道损伤检测,能够区分最小1/6周长的环向损伤,具有检测精度高、操作简单等优点。Aiming at the problem of the complex structure and difficult maintenance of the existing magnetic flux leakage detection equipment,the testing technique of pipeline damage detection based on transient electromagnetic method was studied.Taking the 270 mm oil pipeline as an example,a scale experiment was carried out on different sizes of circumferential damage with a width of 8 cm and a wall thickness of 1 mm.The results demonstrated that the transient electromagnetic technology can realize the damage detection of pipeline damage,and can distinguish the circumferential damage of minimum 1/6 circumference,which has the advantages of high detection accuracy and simple operation.
