精确骨缝合技术髌骨粉碎性骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨精确骨缝合技术在髌骨粉碎性骨折中的手术治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的髌骨粉碎性骨折患者15例,采用精确骨缝合技术,辅助固定髌骨各骨折块,配合髌骨爪内固定的方法进行手术治疗。观察手术治疗后的临床效果。结果所有患者均获得随访,随访1个月到1.5年(平均为1年),术后摄片检查骨折复位优。术后4~6周开始膝关节功能锻炼;一年后取出内固定物,按髌骨骨折功能评分标准,髌骨功能评分28~30分,髌骨功能恢复情况均达到优。结论采用可吸收线精确骨缝合技术治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折,对组织影响小,可以充分吸收,不留痕迹,疗效满意;同时对于一些较为棘手的粉碎性骨折处理,具有借鉴和指导价值。Objective To investigate the effect of precise bone suture technique in the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture.Methods 15 cases of patella comminuted fracture were selected in our hospital,and the exact bone suture technique was used to assist fixation of patellar fracture blocks and internal fixation with patellar claw.To observe the clinical effect after surgical treatment.Results All patients were followed up for 1 months to 1.5 years(mean 1 years).Postoperative X-ray examination showed that the fracture reduction was excellent.The knee function exercises began 4~6 weeks after the operation;Internal fixation removal after a year,according to standard for evaluation function patella,patellar function score 28 to 30 points,patellar function recovery were good.Conclusion The accurate suture technique of absorbable suture can be used for the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture.It has little effect on the tissue,can be fully absorbed without leaving traces,and has satisfactory curative effect.It also has some reference value for the treatment of some troublesome comminuted fractures.
