Objective To discuss influences and overall curative effects of Hemodialysis(HD)combining with levocarnitine on uremia patients’inflammatory factors and homocysteine(HCY);Methods From January 2016 to March 2017,60 uremia patients who accepted HD in our hospital were selected at random and they were divided into the control group(HD treatment,n=30)and observation group(HD+levocarnitine,n=30)to retrospectively analyze their inflammatory factors,HCY changing situations and overall curative effects. Results After treatment, hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(HS-CRP),tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)level and HCY level were significantly reduced. There was the significant difference by comparing with the control group(P<0.05).The untoward effects of the observation group and the control group were 6.67%and 26.67%,respectively.There was the significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Simultaneous utilization of HD and levocarnitine for uremia patients can significantly reduce HCY level of paients and promote inflammatory state to be improved and enhance overall curative effects.
