肛外横切口潜行剥离术治疗血栓性外痔临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肛外横切口潜行剥离术治疗血栓性外痔的疗效。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年1月收治的血栓外痔患者86例分成对照组和观察组,分别采用传统血栓剥切术和肛外横切口潜行剥离术治疗,对比分析两组治疗效果。结果两组全部治愈;但观察组切口平均愈合时间较对照组短;观察组切口水肿及肉芽增生发生0例,对照组12例;观察组术后切口疼痛(VAS)评分较对照组低;两组比较;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛外横切口潜行剥离术治疗血栓性外痔,具有减轻切口水肿及肉芽增生、术后疼痛轻、切口愈合快的优势,且安全有效,值得进一步研究推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of external anus transverse incision undermining dissection in thrombotic external hemorrhoid treatment.Methods In our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were 86 patients with thrombotic external hemorrhoids were divided into observation group and control group,and received conventional thrombus dissection and external anus transverse incision undermining dissection,respectively.The curative effects between two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Subjects in two groups were all cured:the average wound healing time in observation group was shorter than control group;no cases reported incision edema or granulation hyperplasia in observation group,but above symptoms were noticed in 12 cases in control group;the VAS in observation group was lower than the controls;the difference between two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion External anus transverse incision undermining dissection in thrombotic external hemorrhoid treatment was advantageous in alleviating incision edema or granulation hyperplasia,relieving postoperative pain and accelerating would healing,which was safe and effective,and was worthy of promoting in further studies.
