保肛手术在低位直肠癌治疗中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的对保肛手术在低位直肠癌治疗中的应用效果进行观察与研究。方法选取我院2011年1月~2016年1月收治的低位直肠癌患者40例为研究对象,对其进行随机分组,分别为观察组与对照组,予以对照组患者经腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术方式,予以观察组保肛手术方式,观察并比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组患者的手术出血量、手术时间、住院时间以及并发症明显少于对照组,观察组的并发症发生率为10%,对照组的并发症发生率为35%,存在明显差异,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用保肛手术方式能有效改善低位直肠癌病症,减少并发症的发生率,促进患者的康复速度,充分体现其价值意义。Objective To observe and study the effect of sphincter preserving surgery in the treatment of low rectal cancer.Methods Randomly selected from January 2011 to January 2016,40 cases of patients with rectal cancer in our hospital as the research object,were randomly divided into the observation group and control group respectively,to the patients after abdominoperineal resection of rectal cancer,the observation group to sphincter preserving surgery,observe and compare the clinical effects of the two groups of patients.Results In the observation group,the bleeding volume,operation time,hospitalization time and complications were significantly less than the control group,observation group complication rate was 10%,the control group complication rate was 35%,there is significant difference,statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sphincter preserving operation can effectively improve the symptoms of lower rectal cancer,reduce the incidence of complications,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and fully reflect their value.
