摘　　要：目的回顾性分析某院曲妥珠单抗使用情况,分析其合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法通过医院HIS系统对医院2015年~2016年曲妥珠单抗使用情况进行回顾性统计分析。结果某院曲妥珠单抗2016年比2015年使用量增长很大,为2015年的222.69%,无超说明使用情况。结论曲妥珠单抗在乳腺癌靶向治疗的使用已得到医院临床医师的共识,使用合理,需与精准医疗的基因检测联合加强曲妥珠单抗在其他肿瘤靶向治疗合理用药的研究。Objective A retrospective analysis was made on the rationality of the application of trastuzumab in a hospital from 2015 to 2016,thus to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods A retrospective statistical analysis was made on the application of trastuzumab in a hospital from 2015 to 2016 through the HIS system of the hospital.Results The application amount of trastuzumab in the hospital in 2016 increased significantly than that in 2015,which increased by 222.69%,and no off-label uses existed.Conclusion Trastuzumab has been widely recognized by hospital clinicians in the targeted therapy of breast cancer and it has been reasonably used;besides,it should be combined with accurate medical gene detection to strengthen the study on the application of trastuzumab in the targeted therapy of other kinds of tumors.
