五磨饮子汤加减治疗癔病型喘证的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究五磨饮子汤加减治疗癔病型喘证的临床治疗效果。方法选取2015年8月~2016年9月我院收治的癔病型喘证患者50例,盲选各25例作为对照组与观察组,分别给予常规西药进行治疗和在对照组的基础上辅以五磨饮子汤进行治疗。观察两组的临床疗效。结果通过采取常规西药联合五磨饮子汤进行治疗,观察组的各项观察指标均显著优于对照组,P<0.05则表明数据间存在有显著差异,具备统计学意义。结论通过对癔病型喘证患者采取常规西药辅以五磨饮子汤治疗的方案,副作用小、效果显著、且安全有效,明显改善患者的病情状况,并有效提升治疗总有效率,有较好的临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of five grinding decoction decoction for the treatment of bi-type asthma.Methods Blind choice during August 2015 to September 2016 receive 50 patients with asthma card bi disease type,blind choose each 25 cases as control group and observation group,were given on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment and in the control group treated with five grinding YinZi soup.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results By adopting the conventional western medicine combined five grinding YinZi soup treatment,the observation indexes of observation group were significantly better than control group,P<0.05 show significant differences between data,with statistical significance.Conclusion Through the certification of disease type out of the patients treated with conventional western medicine with five grinding YinZi soup,side effect is small,effective,safe and effective,significantly improve the patient's illness condition,and effectively improve total effective treatment,good clinical therapeutic effect.
