分析改良经皮经肝胆道镜与肝胆结石片联用于临床治疗肝胆结石患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析肝胆结石患者采用改良经皮肝胆镜联合肝胆结石片治疗的疗效。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的肝胆结石患者60例,将其分为对照组与观察组,对照组单用改良经皮肝胆镜治疗,观察组采用改良经皮肝胆镜联合肝胆结石片治疗。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率、手术质量、复发率优异于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论肝胆结石患者采用改良经皮肝胆镜联合肝胆结石片治疗,可有效提高治疗效果。Objective To analyze the hepatobiliary calculi treated by modified skin effect in the treatment of hepatobiliary endoscopy combined with biliary stone tablets.Methods 60 cases of hepatic cholelithiasis patients in our hospital in January 2016-2017 year in January from,will be divided into control group and observation group,control group was treated with modified percutaneous biliary endoscopic therapy,the observation group was treated with modified percutaneous biliary endoscopy combined with biliary stone tablets.Results The total efficiency of the observation group,the quality of operation,the recurrence rate is excellent in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hepatobiliary calculi treated by improved percutaneous biliary endoscopy combined with biliary stone tablets in the treatment,can effectively improve the treatment effect.Fruit.
