高通量血液透析和血液灌流联合血液透析治疗终末期糖尿病肾病的效果

摘　　要：目的分析高通量血液透析和血液灌流联合血液透析治疗终末期糖尿病肾病的效果。方法2014年2月~2016年9月,于我院收治的终末期糖尿病肾病患者中选取88例,将其分为两组,高通量血液透析为对照组患者治疗方式,血液灌流联合血液透析为观察组患者治疗方式,对比两组临床疗效。结果相对于治疗前,两组治疗后IL-6、β2-MG、hs-CRP、叶酸水平、维生素B12、Alb、HGB与RBC等指标水平均在不同程度上改善,并且观察组优于对照组,P<0.05。结论血液灌流联合血液透析治疗终末期糖尿病肾病的效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of high throughput hemodialysis and hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of end-stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods From February 2014 to September 2016,88 patients with end-stage diabetic nephropathy were divided into two groups,high-throughput hemodialysis as control group,blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis as observation group,the clinical effect was compared.Results Compared with the treatment before treatment,the levels of il-6,β2-mg,hs-CRP,folic acid level,vitamin b 12,ALB,HGB and RBC of the two groups were improved to some extent,and the observation group was better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis in the treatment of end-stage diabetic nephropathy is remarkable,and it is worth promoting.
