狂犬疫苗接种后的不良反应及护理方法研究

摘　　要：目的对狂犬疫苗接种后的不良反应及护理方法进行研究。方法对所有患者的不良反应临床表现进行观察和记录,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理干预。对两组患者护理满意度进行观察与比较。结果观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论狂犬疫苗接种后,患者产生的不良反应主要表现为:注射部位发生疼痛、红肿、瘙痒和硬结现象,发热、乏力症状和眩晕、头痛症状等,给予针对性护理干预,可有效缓解患者的不适,提升护理满意度,促进护患关系的改善。Objective To study the adverse reactions and nursing methods of rabies vaccination.Methods The adverse reaction of all patients clinical manifestation were observed and recorded,giving the control group patients with routine nursing care,give group targeted nursing intervention,the two groups of patients satisfaction with nursing observation and comparison.Results The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the rabies vaccination,adverse reaction of patients mainly displays to the injection site pain,redness,itching and induration phenomenon,and the symptoms of fever,fatigue and symptoms of dizziness,headache,giving symptomatic patients nursing,which can effectively improve patient satisfaction with care,improve the relationship between nurses and patients.
