摘　　要：目的研究结合肺功能检查慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床治疗措施。方法选取2016年8月~2017年8月收治的66例接受肺功能检查及治疗的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,实施综合治疗措施。持续治疗8周后进行疗效调查,并对比治疗前后患者症状的改善情况。结果患者经肺功能检查后,均被确诊为慢性阻塞性肺疾病。经8周的综合治疗后,总疗效率为98.48%(65/66),且各症状的改善效果显著。结论临床治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病时积极结合肺功能检查,利于病况确诊,更利于指导临床治疗措施的针对性实施,进一步提高患者疗效。Objective To study the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease combined with pulmonary function test.Methods A total of 66 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who received pulmonary function test and treatment during the period August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly selected,and comprehensive treatment measures were implemented.After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the curative effect was investigated and compared,and the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment was compared.Results All the 66 patients were diagnosed as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease after pulmonary function test.After 8 weeks of comprehensive treatment,the total treatment efficiency was 98.48%(65/66),and the improvement of the symptoms was significant.Conclusion The positive combination of pulmonary function test in clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,to disease diagnosis,to guide clinical treatment for the implementation of measures,to further improve the clinical efficacy.
