探讨出院随访护理在结核病患者督导治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察出院随访护理在结核病患者督导治疗中的应用效果。方法对照组在出院前进行出院指导,观察组采用出院随访护理。观察两组患者用药依从率及生活质量,并进行比较,其中生活质量采用中文版SF-36健康调查表进行。结果观察组生活质量各项指标均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对结核病患者的督导治疗中采用出院随访的护理效果显著,可明显提升患者用药依从性,强化其生活质量。Objective To observe the effect of discharge follow-up care in the treatment of tuberculosis patients.Methods Patients in the control group were discharged before discharge,while the observation group was treated with discharge follow-up.To observe the compliance rate and quality of life of the two groups of patients,and to compare the quality of life,the quality of life was carried out with the Chinese version of sf-36 health questionnaire.Results The quality of life of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of discharge follow-up care in the supervision and treatment of tuberculosis patients is significant,which can obviously improve the patient's medication compliance and strengthen the quality of life of the patients.
