摘  要:目的观察及分析对于跟骨关节!移位骨折采取内固定治疗的效果情况。方法选取42例跟骨关节内移位骨折患者作为本次的研究对象,在我院接受治疗的时间为2012年1月份至2017年1月份,均实施了切开复位钢针或者采取钛板内固定手术治疗的方案。对患者展开12~24个月时间的随访,对比术前后的Bohler角和Gissane角,评价术后的关节功能恢复情况。结果通过进行比较患者的手术前、手术后Bohler角和Gissane角,结果显示手术以后具有显著程度的改善;采取Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能恢复情况,得到了92.85%的优良率;在手术以后,产生了切口裂开、切口感染病例数分各1例,共2例,未产生严重的并发症现象。结论针对跟骨关节!移位骨折患者采取切开复位内固定手术治疗的举措,可以获得到良好的效果,能够良好的恢复关节功能。Objectiv To observe and analyze the effect of internal fixation for displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus.Methods A total of 42 cases of intra-articular calcaneal fracture patients as the research object,treated in our hospital from January to 2017 in time for the 2012 January,the implementation of open reduction and pin or treated by internal fixation method.12~24 months of follow-up for patients,compared before and after operation of Bohler angle and Gissane angle,evaluation of joint function recovery after operation.Results Through the comparison of patients before surgery,postoperative Bohler angle and Gissane angle.The results show significant improvement after surgery;take the Maryland foot score,postoperative functional recovery,excellent rate of 92.85%is obtained;after the surgery,the incision dehiscence,incision infection cases were divided 1 cases each.In 2 cases,the phenomenon of serious complications did not produce.Conclusion The method of open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of displaced intra-articular fractures of the calcaneus can achieve good results and can restore the joint function well.
