空勤人员健康体检中异常心电图的分析

摘　　要：目的探究空勤人员健康体检中心电图异常的情况。方法对2016年1月~2016年12月空勤人员6610例健康体检异常心电图的表现展开回顾性分析。结果 6610例研究对象中异常心电图合计3365例(50.9%),其中男性56.4%(1897/3365),明显高于女性43.6%(1468/3365);20岁~29岁异常例数最多2572例(60.30%);异常心电图最常见的表现为窦性心律不齐、窦性心动过缓等。结论空勤人员健康体检中异常心电图的发生机率较高,男性异常率高于女性,需针对不同对象开展相关健康教育并定期实施检测,提高健康管理水平。Objective To explore the health examination center of aircrew EEG abnormal situation.Methods From January 2016 to December 2016,6610 cases of healthy aircrew showed abnormal ECG were retrospectively analyzed.Results 6610 cases of the research object of abnormal ECG in total 3365 cases(50.9%),including 56.4%male(1897/3365),was significantly higher than females in 43.6%(1468/3365);20 years old-29 abnormal cases were 2572 cases(60.30%);the most common manifestation of abnormal ECG is sinus arrhythmia,sinus bradycardia.Conclusion The analysis of healthy aircrew found a higher probability of the abnormal ECG,abnormal rate of male is higher than female,need to carry out health education according to different objects and carry out regular testing,improve the health level of management.
