百克瑞消毒喷雾剂与比亚芬预防放射性皮炎的护理与疗效对比

摘　　要：目的探讨百克瑞消毒喷雾剂与比亚芬预防放射性皮炎的临床应用效果及正确护理方法。方法选取我院2013年1月~2013年12月在我院肿瘤中心接受放射性治疗的恶性肿瘤患者178例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组和对照组各89例。研究组在常规护理基础上加用百克瑞;对照组在常规护理基础上加用比亚芬,记录和比较两组患者放射性皮炎发生情况。结果两组恶性肿瘤患者放疗过程中给予不同的放射性皮炎预防措施后,研究组放射性皮炎发生率仅为19.10%,显著低于对照组放射性皮炎发生率42.70%,对比结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对恶性肿瘤放疗患者实施常规预防护理基础上加用百克瑞消毒喷雾剂,可显著降低其放射性皮炎发生率,,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical effect of 100 crane disinfectant spray and biafine on prevention of radioactive dermatitis,and to investigate the proper nursing method.Methods From January 2013 to December 2013,178 patients with malignant tumors receiving radiotherapy were randomly divided into the study group(n=89)and the control group(n=89).The cases in the study group were used 100 crane on the basis of conventional nursing care,whereas the patients in the control group were treated with biafine on the basis of conventional nursing care.The incidence of radiodermatitis of these two groups were recorded and compared.Results After receiving radiotherapy,the incidence of radiodermatites was 19.10%in the study group,which was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 100 crane disinfectant spray in routine preventive nursing care for patients receiving radiotherapy can significantly reduce the incidence rate of radioactive dermatitis,which is worth to be popularized in clinic.
