自拟五虫散结膏配合抗结核药物治疗淋巴结结核的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察五虫散结膏联合抗结核药物治疗淋巴结结核的临床疗效。方法 2016年1月~2017年01月间来济宁市传染病医院就诊的淋巴结结核患者中选取100例确诊的淋巴结结核,随机分为2组。对照组50例(给予常规的抗结核药2HRZE/10HRE治疗,H:异烟肼,R:利福平,Z:吡嗪酰胺,E:乙胺丁醇),研究组50例,在给予常规抗结核治疗的同时加用五虫散结膏局部外敷。观察比较两组在全身及局部临床症状改善,血沉降低水平等研究指标。通过给予中西医结合治疗模式,探索增强淋巴结结核疗效的方法,从而提高淋巴结结核患者生活质量,减轻社会及家庭负担。结果 (1)研究组和治疗组治疗结果比较,患者临床表现改善有效率,治疗1个月后分别为:72.7%(36/50)、52%(26/50),P<0.01,治疗2个月后分别为:84%(42/50)、60%(30/50),P<0.01。结论五虫散结膏外敷配合全身抗结核药物治疗表浅淋巴结结核可提高疗效,改善患者生活质量,减少痛苦,减轻社会负担。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuchong Sanjie ointment combined with antituberculosis drugs in the treatment of lymph node tuberculosis.Methods 100 cases of lymph node tuberculosis were selected from patients with lymph node tuberculosis in Jining Infectious Disease Hospital from January 2016 to January 2017,then they were randomly divided into two groups.50 cases in control group(Given conventional antituberculosis drug(2HRZE/7HRE)treatment,H:isoniazid,R:rifampicin,Z:pyrazinamide,E:ethambutol).50 cases in study group,they were given both the conventional anti-tuberculosis treatment and external application of Wuchong Sanjie ointment.To observe and compare the two groups of systemic and local clinical symptoms improved,low levels of blood sediment and other research indicators.Through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to explore ways to enhance the efficacy of lymph node tuberculosis,thereby improving the quality of life of patients with lymph node tuberculosis,reducing the burden of society and family.Results(1)Compared with the study group and the control group,the percentages of patients who were effective in treatment were respectively 72.7%(36/50)and 52%(26/50)(P<0.01)after 1 month.After treatment for 2 months,the percentages were respectively 84%(42/50)and 60%(30/50)(P<0.01).Conclusion The treatment of lymph node tuberculosis with Wuchong Sanjie ointment combined with anti-tuberculosis drugs can improve the curative effect,improve the quality of life,reduce the pain and reduce the social burden.
