肝病患者多项凝血指标检测的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究多项凝血指标在肝病患者检测中的应用价值。方法选取我院2017年2月20日~2017年5月5日收治的肝病患者42例为实验组,同时选取42例健康体检者为对照组,均接受多项凝血指标检测,对检测的结果进行分析。结果实验组肝硬化患者的PT、APTT、TT水平明显高于实验组肝炎患者和对照组,FIB、AT-Ⅲ水平明显低于实验组肝炎患者和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组肝炎患者的PT、APTT、TT水平明显高于对照组,FIB、AT-Ⅲ水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度肝炎患者的PT、APTT、TT水平明显高于中度和轻度肝炎患者,FIB、AT-Ⅲ水平明显低于中度和轻度肝炎患者,同时中度肝炎患者的PT、APTT、TT水平明显高于轻度肝炎患者,FIB、AT-Ⅲ水平明显低于轻度肝炎患者;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝病患者接受多项凝血指标检测,对其疾病的评估和治疗方案的选择有着积极的意义,值得临床采纳应用。Objective To explore the detection value of multiple clotting indexes in patients with liver disease.Methods 42 cases of liver disease treated by our hospital from February 20,2017 to May 5,2017 were selected as the experimental group.42 health checkers were selected as control group,and the results were analyzed by multiple coagulation test.The results of experimental liver cirrhosis patients with PT,APTT,TT level was significantly higher,FIB and the AT-Ⅲlevels significantly lower than the experimental hepatitis patients and the control group(P<0.05);Experimental hepatitis of PT,APTT,TT level above,FIB and the AT-Ⅲlevel lower than the control group(P<0.05);Severe hepatitis,PT,APTT and TT levels higher than the moderate and mild hepatitis,FIB and the AT-Ⅲlevel significantly lower than the moderate and mild hepatitis,moderate hepatitis PT,APTT and TT levels higher than mild hepatitis,FIB and the AT-Ⅲlevel lower than that of mild hepatitis(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with liver disease can be tested by multiple coagulation indexes,and the selection of disease evaluation and program has positive significance.
