分析关节镜下清理术联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的分析治疗膝骨关节炎采用关节镜下清理术联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠的治疗治疗成效。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的膝骨关节炎患者48例为探究对象,对其进行随机分组,分别是观察组与对照组。予以对照组关节镜下清理术,予以观察组关节镜下清理术联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗方式,对两组患者的临床治疗成效进行分析比较。结果观察组患者的治疗总成效为91.67%,对照组患者的治疗总成效为70.84%,两组数据之间对比,具有一定的差异性,使其统计学意义成立(P<0.05)。结论对膝关节炎患者采用关节镜下清理术联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗方式,临床治疗成效十分明显,具有一定的安全性,可谓是治疗该疾病的首选方式,值得大力度推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of arthroscopic debridement combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 48 patients with knee osteoarthritis received in our hospital from January 2016 to January-2017 were rando mLy divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with arthroscopic debridement,and the observation group was treated with arthroscopic debridement combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analyzed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.84%.There was a certain difference between the two groups of data,which made the statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients,clinical treatment effect is very obvious,has certain security,it can be said to be the preferred way of treatment of the disease,it is worth vigorously promoting the use of.
