探讨布比卡因轻比重液与重比重液腰麻在老年人下肢手术的麻醉体会

摘　　要：目的探究老年人下肢手术麻醉中应用布比卡因轻比重液以及重比重液腰麻的价值。方法选取老年下肢手术患者100例,根据手术时间差异分组,其中实验组实施布比卡因轻比重液腰麻,对照组实施布比卡因重比重液腰麻。结果实验组阻滞起效时间、阻滞持续时间、平面固定时间、运动阻滞起效时间、最大Bromage评分、不良反应几率均明显短于或低于对照组(P<0.05);2组麻醉效果相比,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年下肢手术患者接受布比卡因轻比重液腰麻,其麻醉效果与重比重液腰麻基本一致,且安全性更高。Objective To explore the value of the application of bupivacaine light specific fluid and heavy specific gravity fluid in the elderly patients with lower extremity surgery.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients undergoing lower limb surgery were divided into two groups according to the time of visit.The experimental group was treated with bupivacaine light weight fluid and spinal anesthesia.Results The experimental group block onset time,block duration,fixed time,motor block onset time,maximum Bromage score,adverse reaction rates were significantly shorter or lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);2 groups of anesthesia compared with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The anesthetic effect of the elderly patients with lower limb surgery is basically the same as that of heavy specific gravity fluid,and the safety is higher.
