摘　　要：目的分析对晚期肿瘤患者实施临终关怀与护理的应用成效。方法选取本院2016年5月~2017年5月期间接收的50例晚期肿瘤患者为探究对象,将这些患者随机分为两组,分别是对照组与观察组。对照组患者未进行临终关怀,观察组患者实施了临终关怀与护理,对两组患者护理前后的生活质量状况和心态进行观察与探究。结果护理后,两组患者的生活质量状况和心态评分均得到明显改善,而观察组明显优于对照组,存在明显的差异性,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临终关怀及护理能有效改善晚期肿瘤患者的心理状态,使其生活质量得到提升,充分体现其价值意义,值得推广采纳。Objective To analyze the application effect of hospice care and nursing care for patients with advanced cancer.Methods 50 cases of patients with advanced cancer received in our hospital from May 2016 to May-2017 were selected as the research objects,and these patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group were not given hospice care,and the observation group were given hospice care and care.The quality of life and mentality of the two groups before and after nursing were observed and investigated.Results After nursing,the quality of life and mental state scores of the two groups were significantly improved,while the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,there was significant difference,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospice care and nursing can effectively improve the psychological status of patients with advanced cancer,improve their quality of life,and fully reflect the value of it,it is worthy of promotion and adoption.
