摘 要:目的探索大学生艾滋病健康教育方法,评价同伴教育干预的应用效果。方法纳入我校新生1000名,随机分为健康教育组(n=330)、同伴教育组(n=340)和对照组(n=330),对所有新生发放《艾滋病健康教育处方》,对健康教育组进行AIDS健康教育专题讲座,对同伴教育组进行同伴教育和健康教育专题讲座。对所有新生进行学生性行为调研、艾滋病知晓率调查、艾滋病态度行为调查,对比各组学生问卷正答率。结果健康教育组和同伴教育组调查问卷表正确回答率显著优于对照组,同伴教育组显著优于健康教育组。结论以专题讲座的形式对大学生进行艾滋病健康教育效果显著,附加同伴教育干预可进一步提高新生对艾滋病的认知,值得推广。Objective To explore the method of AIDS health education among college freshmen,and evaluate the effect of peer education intervention.Methods Include 1000 new college freshman,randomly divided into health education group(n=330)who were received health education,the peer education group(n=340)who were received health education and peer education as well as control group(n=330),all of them were received《AIDS health education prescription》.The investigation of sexual behavior,awareness rate of AIDS and attitude and behavior of AIDS were conducted among all freshmen,and the scores of each group were compared.Results The correct answer rate of freshman in the health education group and peer education group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the peer education group was the best in them.Conclusion In the form of lectures on effect of AIDS health education among college freshman is significant well,additional peer education intervention can improve freshman in awareness of AIDS,worthy of promotion.
