人工关节置换术的麻醉特点及其并发症

摘　　要：伴随人口老龄化逐渐加快,老年股骨颈骨折发病率与日俱增,使病患生活质量受到严重的影响,因为骨折时使股骨头以及股骨颈供血受到破坏,处于治疗期间都有可能出现骨不连或是股骨头坏死,在临床治疗上相对困难。老年人大部分患有骨质疏松,由于长时间的卧床使骨量迅速流失,使骨折愈合受到一定影响,并且还伴有其他部位出现骨折的威胁增加。人工关节的置换手术能够将病患进行早期的下床活动,使病患卧床时间大大缩短,减轻病患长时间卧床引发的相关并发症。现今,人工关节置换手术通常含有半髋关节置换手术以及全髋关节置换手术,2种手术优缺点在临床治疗中的争议较高。目前就我院收治患有老年股骨颈股骨折的病患在临床之劳上的资料展开研究,意在研究全髋关节置换手术以及半髋关节置换手术用于治疗患有老年股骨颈骨折临床成效,目的给临床治疗带来相应理论依据.Along with an aging population gradually speeding up,the increasing incidence of femoral neck fracture,the patients life quality is affected by the serious,because when the blood supply of femoral head and femoral neck fracture damage,in are likely to occur during treatment of bone nonunion or femoral head necrosis,the relative difficulties in clinical treatment.Most of the elderly have osteoporosis,and because of the rapid loss of bone mass due to prolonged bed time,the fracture healing is affected,and the risk of fracture of other parts increases.The replacement of artificial joint can reduce the patient's bed time greatly and reduce the complications associated with prolonged bed time.Nowadays,arthroplasty is usually involved in hip replacement and total hip replacement,and the two surgical advantages and disadvantages are more controversial in clinical treatment.Now is our hospital patients with senile femoral neck fracture patients in the study on the law of clinical data,to study total hip replacement surgery and half hip replacement surgery for the treatment of patients with senile femoral neck fracture clinical results,aims to bring the corresponding theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
