摘 要:目前对狭小密闭服装内动态非均匀环境下的热舒适预测和评估还不成熟,国内外缺少用于类似环境的执行标准,而特种密闭服装热舒适评价方法作为包含防化服在内的各类特种密闭服装温控设计的验证手段和评估技术有重要应用价值。分析总结了近30年来国内外热舒适评价方法研究成果,结合工程实际提出了一种特种密闭服装热舒适评价方法和模型,采用基于Tanabe人体65节点模型、Farnworth衣物传热模型和Zhang等构建的动态非均匀环境下的热舒适模型在内的理论预测模型,结合试验完成此类服装的热舒适预测和评估。针对特种密闭服装建立的热舒适预测方法和使用的各类模型具有较高的可行性,但这些模型仍处在发展期,需要不断地改进和完善来拓宽对环境的适用范围和提高预测精度以适应在热舒适研究领域中的应用。The prediction and evaluation of the thermal comfort of dynamic and non-uniform environment in Special Closed Clothing(SCCs)is not mature,and the related operative standards are lacking both in China and abroad.However,the thermal comfort evaluation method for SCCs is of significant and practical value for the verification and assessment of the thermal control system design of all kinds of SCCs including the Chemical Protective Clothing.The studies of thermal comfort evaluation method in the past 30 years were summarized and analyzed.A thermal comfort evaluation method and model suitable for SCC was proposed according to the engineering practice.Theoretical prediction models such as the Tanabe 65 multi-nodes thermoregulation model,the clothing thermal model by Farnworth and the dynamic and non-uniform environment thermal comfort model by Zhang et al.were adopted and experimental studies were conducted to evaluate and predict the thermal comfort o!SCC.The methods and models used in this paper lor thermal comfort prediction ol SCCs were feasible,but they were still at a developing stage.Further improvement and perfection are needed to widen the range ol application and to improve the prediction accuracy.
