一种骨牵引辅助装置的研制

摘　　要：目的为了解决骨牵引穿刺牵引针进口、出口及针道感染;避免牵引针移位等问题,笔者研制了一种防止骨牵引针道感染及牵引针移位的骨牵引辅助装置(以下简称为装置),该装置属于骨牵引辅助用品。方法基本结构由牵引针、一对抑菌凝胶、一对橡胶垫和一对固定件组成。使用时如图3所示,常规骨骼牵引术完成后,骨骼中留有牵引针1,使用本装置中的其它部件均包在一次性灭菌包中,拆开一次性灭菌包装,首先将一对橡胶垫3其上附有一对抑菌凝胶2的一体结构从一次性灭菌包中取出,将橡胶垫3与抑菌凝胶2一体结构的中心的十字水平贯穿切口8对准牵引针两端,将橡胶垫3与抑菌凝胶2的一体结构套入牵引针1,抑菌凝胶2紧贴皮肤;然后从一次性灭菌包中取出一对固定件4,将固定件4大直径端的中心孔7对准牵引针两端,将固定件4套入牵引针1并紧贴橡胶垫3;最后再从一次性灭菌包中取出一对锁紧螺钉6,将锁紧螺钉6旋入固定件4的螺纹孔5,使锁紧螺钉6底部与牵引针1抵紧,防止橡胶垫3与抑菌凝胶2一体结构和固定件4沿牵引针轴向串动即可。结果本设计结构简单,操作便捷,可有效减少骨牵引穿刺针进、出口皮肤及针道感染,且可有效避免牵引针移位;使计划手术能够按时完成,可有效缩短患者平均住院日,减轻患者经济负担。结论本装置由于操作简单,可防止牵引针移位,减少局部细菌滋生及因牵引针移位引起针道感染,减少医务人员针对针道换药次数而减轻工作量,缩短患者平均住院日,减轻患者痛苦及经济负担,该设计结构简单,方便实用,适用于临床推广。Objective To solve skeletal traction puncture traction inlet,outlet and needle passage infection and avoid dislocation of traction needle,the author develops an auxiliary device of skeletal traction(hereinafter referred to as“the Device”)preventing the skeletal traction needle passage infection and dislocation of traction needle.The Device belongs to an auxiliary device of skeletal traction.Methods The basic structure is composed of traction needle,a pair of bacteriostatic gel,a pair of rubber blanket and a pair of fixed parts.When using it,as is shown in Fig.3,after completing conventional skeleton traction operation,traction needle 1 is left in the skeleton,other parts of the Device are included in a disposable sterilization packet.Unpack the disposable sterilization packet,take out an integrated structure including a pair of rubber blanket 3 attached with a pair of bacteriostatic gel 2 from a disposable sterilization packet,align the cross-shaped level transfixion incision of the center of integrated structure with rubber blanket 3 and bacteriostatic gel 2 with both ends of traction needle,thread the traction needle 1 with rubber blanket 3 and bacteriostatic gel 2,make bacteriostatic gel tightly close to the skin;then,take out a pair of fixed parts 4 from the disposable sterilization packet,align the center hole 7 of large-diameter end of fixed part 4 with both ends of traction needle,thread the traction needle 1 with fixed part 4 and close to the rubber blanket 3 tightly;at last,take out a pair of lock screws 6 from the disposable sterilization packet,rotate the lock screws 6 in the threaded hole 5 of fixed part 4,make the bottom of lock screw 6 push against traction needle 1 tightly,prevent the integrated structure with rubber blanket 3 and bacteriostatic gel 2 and fixed part 4 from moving along with traction needle.Results The design has simple structure,convenient and easy operation.It can reduce the skeletal traction puncture traction inlet,outlet and needle passage infection and avoid dislocation of
