经皮连续环形缝扎术和透光刨吸术对单纯性下肢静脉曲张的治疗效果对比

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮连续环形缝扎术(PCCS)和透光刨吸术(TIPP)对单纯性下肢静脉曲张的治疗效果。方法抽取至我院就诊的单纯性下肢静脉曲张患者60例(2015.12~2017.6),依照入院的次序进行分组,其中对甲组采取PCCS治疗,对乙组采取TIPP治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果乙组患者的手术耗时相比甲组明显较短,术中出血量、住院费用相比常规组明显较多,P<0.05;两组患者疼痛、坠胀、沉重感等临床症状的消失率均无明显差异,P>0.05;手术前两组的静脉功能均无明显差异,P>0.05;手术后两组静脉功能均有所改善,比较术后静脉功能无明显差异,P>0.05。结论对单纯性下肢静脉曲张患者可依据其实际病情选择PCCS或者TIPP进行治疗。Objective To investigate the treatment effect of percutaneous continuous circular suture(PCCS)and transluminal planing(TIPP)on the varicose veins of simple lower extremities.Methods To our hospital of 60 patients with simple varicose veins of lower extremities(2015.12 2017.6),grouped according to the order of the hospital,in which the students take PCCS treatment,for group b treated with TIPP,compared two groups of treatment effect.Results The operation time of the patients in group b was significantly shorter than that in group a,and the blood volume and hospitalization cost were significantly higher compared with the conventional group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients,such as pain,flatulence,and heaviness,P BBB 0.05;There was no significant difference between the two groups before the operation,P BBB 0.05;The function of the two groups of veins improved after the operation,and there was no significant difference in the postoperative vein function,P BBB 0.05.Conclusion The patients with simple lower extremity varicose vein can be treated with PCCS or TIPP.
