联合应用病灶内激素注射、抑酸疗法对喉接触性肉芽肿的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨病灶内激素注射、抑酸疗法对喉接触性肉芽肿的治疗效果。方法选取我院2016年05月~2017年05月收治的患有喉接触性肉芽肿的患者100例进行分组,对照组进行抑酸疗法,观察组进行病灶内激素注射联合抑酸疗法,对比其临床疗效。结果两组患者的临床治疗总有效率之间无明显差异性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组的平均治愈时间显著短于对照组,存在差异性;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喉接触性肉芽肿采用病灶内激素注射联合抑酸疗法治疗的临床效果显著,可在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the lesion in sex hormones,acid suppression therapy of laryngeal contact granuloma of therapeutic effect.Methods From 2016.05 to 2017.05 were randomly selected to receive the 100 patients with laryngeal contact granuloma group,control group for acid suppression therapy,observation group joint lesions in hormone injection acid suppression therapy,comparing the clinical curative effect.Results The clinical total effective rate between two groups of patients have no obvious difference(P>0.05),the observation group had a significantly shorter than the control group,the average healing time of existence difference(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The laryngeal contact granuloma with lesions in hormone injections joint acid suppression therapy for clinical effect is remarkable,can be popularized in clinical application.
