恶性高血压肾损害的临床及病理特点

摘　　要：目的本文主要就对恶性高血压肾损害患者其临床症状以及病理特点进行了探究分析。方法选取2010年7月~2017年5月我院收治的恶性高血压肾损害患者34例作为研究对象,并通过回顾性分析的模式对所有患者的临床资料进行了研究。结果在符合诊断的34例患者中,其男女比例为4.67∶1,平均年龄(26.3+8.6)岁,原发性MHT10例,肾实质性24例,其中11例行肾活检。细动脉玻璃样变,此外患者的肾小球还存在非常严重的炎症病变,部分原发性的MHT在经过长期的治疗之后,其肾功能也得到了一定程度的改善。部分导致肾功能衰竭而长期透析。结论就恶性高血压肾损害的临床病理特点进行研究,肾实质性的MHT患者占据比例更高,并会对患者的预后情况造成严重的影响,因此该类患者还需要充分重视肾活检以及眼底检查工作。Objective In this paper,the clinical symptoms and pathological characteristics of patients with malignant hypertension are investigated.Methods On July 2010~May 2017 to our hospital for treatment of 34 patients with malignant hypertension renal damage as the research object,and through the model for all of the patients were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of were studied.Results Among the 34 patients who met the diagnosis,the ratio was 4.67:1,the mean age(26.3+8.6),primary MHT 10 cases,and 24 cases of renal substance,11 of which were routine renal biopsy.Arteriole hyaline changes,in patients with glomerular also exists serious inflammation pathological changes,some primary MHT after long-term treatment,the renal function,are improved to a certain extent.Some of them lead to kidney failure and long-term dialysis.Conclusion Is to study the clinical pathological characteristics of malignant hypertension renal damage,kidney substantive MHT occupy a higher percentage,and will influence on the prognosis of patients with serious,so these patients need full attention renal biopsy and fundus examination work.
